One of the coolest things about living in Boston is existing alongside actual history. Case in point: workers at Granary Burial Ground recently uncovered a nearly 300-year-old gravestone honoring Sebastian, a free Black man. It’s believed to be the oldest known marker for a free Black person in the country.
