Boston (er, Quincy) could have its first Top Chef-owned restaurant. Not to take anything away from local legends like Karen Akunowicz and Tiffani Faison, since making it on the show is already badass, but Rubato chef and co-owner Laurence Louie could bring the title home! If you're as obsessed as I am, keep an eye on tomorrow's newsletter. Something fun is cooking.
